AliCat Catering provides corporate, wedding, gala event, and private catering in Whitehorse, Yukon (and sometimes we do road trips).

I grew up in an off-grid home with large gardens. We grew the majority of the family's food on our land, and harvested wild salmon out of the river and moose off the land. My family operated a wilderness lodge where we fed our guests homemade bread, salmon, pie, garden potatoes and salads, everything homemade and fresh, fresh, fresh. My summers were packed with cooking at the lodge, and then coming home to help make a late dinner for ourselves too. There was always fresh food and laughter in abundance. This is the backbone of my love for food and cooking, and it's what I try to convey in everything I serve. An abundance of love, laughter, friends, and fresh, beautiful, comforting, feel good food.
